Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact. Please note that certain items such as customized or personalized products are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, kindly contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return process. Please ensure the item is properly packaged to avoid any damage during transit. Return shipping details will be provided by our team.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and only the product cost will be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange a product for another size, color, or item, you can place a new order once the return is completed. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Our team will assist you in making the process simple and hassle-free.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, such as stoles, dupattas, or sarees that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery. Sale and clearance items may also fall under the non-returnable category.
